Our Story
At the end of 2015, my husband and myself were both extremely depleted of energy and vibrancy in our bodies. We were worn out from parenting, working and living in this fast paced realm of technology, traffic, bills, environmental pollution and stress ~ all things that most modern families are faced with today. Even on our conscious, organic, plant-based diet, we were still suffering from severe fatigue, addiction to sugar and caffeine and inconsistent eating habits ~ all of which were manifesting themselves through low emotional states of being and physical pain, which wasn't allowing us to show up for ourselves and our daughters in the way that we desired.
We knew we were missing something from our diet or lives but didn't really know what we could do that would be simple and effective, as our plate's already felt so full. One day in early 2016 I was divinely guided to learn about a superfood company with a super huge heart and a mission that spoke loudly to our family. Normally I wouldn't have found myself interested in this form of nutrition, always believing I needed to make and do everything myself from scratch. But something told us these products and this company were different, special in some way. This video was the first thing we ever saw from the company and the inspiration and connection we felt to this mission was so palpable, I begin to open my heart to receive a new idea. What followed was a truly invaluable gift!
After we started incorporating the core three nutrition program into our daily routine, it was like a complete 180 degree change occurred. We started sleeping better, having more energy and feeling more emotionally stable, with less anxiety and irritation. It was so inspiring to feel the shifts we had after starting the daily nutrition protocol and we felt immediately inspired to do their 10 day transformation. I have done it twice now and it is just the most supportive healing cleanse (but gentle enough to do while breastfeeding) I've ever done. We dropped our addictions to sugar and caffeine, my skin cleared up and Oscar's chronic back pain started healing. So many things happened and changed! It was like we had gained our life force energy back; a gift of immeasurable value. Our daughters absolutely love their products as well and every day we feel so good knowing that we are giving them all the nutrients that they need to grow vibrantly healthy and strong. The video below was made by my beautiful friend Sarah that introduced me to Purium and provides a little breakdown of the core nutrition, which is also the foundational products used during the 10 day transformation.

Two years after starting this journey, we are now able to be home full time as a family and have created a beautiful foundation of residual income for ourselves. We get to live our gifts and our paycheck comes from being in our space of passion. It's a true joy to be able to share this gift of reliable & sustainable nutrition and healing foods with our community!
